    6 cups swanson natural goodness chicken broth
    1 rotisserie chicken cut up
    1 cup wild rice
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Italian Medley Seasoning
    1 egg
    1/4 c flour
    6oz baby spinach chopped
    1 cup nonfat evaporated milk


Put first 7 ingredients in stock pot and cook until veggies and rice are soft (about an hour).

Take out small portion of broth & add to egg to temper, whisk together with 1/4 cup flour. Add into the pot and whisk with soup.

Add spinach and the evaporated milk. Let simmer for another 20 mins.
