Introduction

Super yummy smoothie! Adding spinach gives you a healthy serving of a veggie without even noticing it's there. Also satisfies my chocolate cravings! It's sweet, without any added sweetener, but not overly sweet. I eat this for breakfast, or after a hard workout. I think it tastes like a chocolate shake! Super yummy smoothie! Ingredients

12 oz (1.5 cups) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 frozen banana
    1 cup fresh strawberries
    1 cup fresh spinach
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Whole Foods brand)

Directions

Throw it all in the blender and blend til smooth.

I drink the whole thing - it's plenty for one person. You may even wish to split and share with a friend.

Also - sometimes after I make it I stick it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes and then it tastes nice and chilled. :-)

    Very Good
Yummy - a good combo of flavors! I like to add a TBSP of cacao powder to add antioxidants and chocolate flavor. :D - 11/21/10
