Ingredients

    1 c. canola
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 c. Splenda baking sugar substitute
    2 eggs
    3 cups apples, grated
    1 t. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 oz. (half a cup) chocolate chips
    2.5 cups white flour (all purpose)
    1 t. baking soda
    1 t. baking powder
    1 t. salt

Directions

Mix eggs, sugar, oil. Add dry ingred. plus grated apples, nuts, chocolate chips. Spray Pam in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 min.
