Introduction

Easy, fast Paleo salmon cakes! Easy, fast Paleo salmon cakes!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Pink Salmon (14.75 oz)
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1/4 cup minced green pepper or celery (optional)
    2 TBSP coconut oil for frying
    salt & pepper

Directions

Mix the salmon, egg, onion salt and pepper. Shape into 8 small patties. Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the patties until brown on both sides.

*A nice sauce for this is mixing 1 TBSP mayonnaise with 1-2 tsp dijon mustard. Add a little dill or horseradish if desired.
