Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 t. ground cumin
    1 1/2 t. garlic powder
    1/2 t. ground red cayenne pepper
    2 cans red kidney beans, drained
    2 cans diced tomatos
    2 cans tomato soup
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. celary
    1 c. water or beer
    Cook meat, spices, & veggies. In a large pot or crock pot, add all other ingredients except water/beer. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer for 40 minutes. Stir in water or beer , heat through, serve.
