Introduction

Add 1/2 tsp salt as well.
For the eggs it should read 3 eggs [you could use eggbeaters instead]

This recipe for those of you following w.watcher's is one point.


Pre-heat oven to 350 F or 175 C

1. Thaw spinach
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Spray a muffin tray [12 muffins] with cooking spray like Pam.
4. Pour spoonfuls into each muffin slot.
]5. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.

My hubby loved this recipe. I used full fat cheese, normally would use low/no fat. You could totally change the taste of these by substituting chopped onion and a bit of feta instead.

    Bacon Bits - Maple Leaf - 1 tbsp, 3 tbsp
    Cheese - Cottage Cheese fat free 1/2 cup, 1.0 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Cheese Sargento Mozzarella Finely Shredded 1/3 cup, 1 serving
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Egg, fresh, .75 cup (4.86 large eggs)
