Ingredients

2c. Skim Milk
2tbsp. Canned Pumpkin
1tbsp. Splenda for Baking
2tbsp. DaVinci's Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup
1/2tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2c. Brewed Espresso
OR
3/4c. Strong Brewed Coffee (Included in Nutrition Calculations)
Directions
Add the coffee/espresso and milk to the crockpot.
Whisk in the pumpkin, spices, Splenda, and vanilla.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours if everything is cold.
Whisk again.
Optional: Garnish with whipped cream and add some additional cinnamon on top.
Makes 2 large servings.
