Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup oil
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 12 to 18 muffin tins with pam or use muffin liners.
In large bowl, combine sugar, oil, baking soda, salt and eggs. Mix well.
Add in, slowly, berries and flour, alternating the two as you mix it in.
Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
