Ingredients

    Cake:
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (for shortening)
    1 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    2 cups peeled and sliced apples

    Topping:
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    4 tsp Sweet N Low Brown Sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp melted Land o Lakes Spreadable Butter With Canola, Light

Directions

Cream together applesauce and Splenda. Add Egg Beaters and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Add sour cream. Fold in apples. Spread in well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or 10" spring pan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For topping, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Yields 12 servings.
