Introduction

This is my family's favorite dessert that I make during the holidays. I make mine with fresh pumpkin but you can use canned pumpkin as well. It is not low cal...or low anything for that matter, but it is a tasty, easy holiday bread to take to neighbors and friends. Enjoy! Ingredients

    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 C sugar
    1 C Pumpkin
    1/2 C veg oil
    1/4 C water
    1 2/3 C flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 tsp salt

Directions

Combine eggs and sugar; mix well. Add pumpkin, oil and water. Blend thoroughly. Add all dry ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan for 60-75 minutes at 350 degrees.
