This is a high-protein amazingly delicious dessert. It basically tastes like crumbled cheese cake, for less than half the calories! It's so easy to make, too. Ingredients

    - Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, 2 Tbsp
    - Fat-Free Cottage Cheese, 2 Tbsp
    - Whipped Soy Topping, 2 Tbsp
    - Stevia Powder, 1 packet
    - Cranberry & Apple Compote, 2 Tbsp

Directions

Make the compote if you don't already have some. Measure out 2 Tbsp of ricotta and place in a bowl. Measure out 2 Tbsp of cottage cheese and the packet of stevia, and mix together with the ricotta. Finally, measure out 2 Tbsp of cranberry-apple compote and mix in, and top with a little dollop of whipped topping.
