Serve over Thin Spaghetti

When I make this, I make it with 3 - 8 to 10 oz chicken breast, and that is enough for 4 people and lunch for me for 2 days with sauce left over.

    Incredible!
I made this today. My husband loved it as he had seconds! He wanted more spaghetti though. As for my kids, the picky eaters 3 out of my 4 kids loved it! My 4 year old didn't care for the peppers. At first I still felt hungry or I just wanted more because this was soooo good. Feel full now! - 12/6/10
