I made this because I had no idea what to make for dinner one night. I looked around for some easily accessible ingredients that I always have on hand and this is what I came up with. Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Water, 1 cup
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb

Directions

1) Place the broth and the water in the crock pot.
2) Add the herbs and stir.
3) Add the rice.
4) Add the Chicken
5) Cook for 3-4 hours or all day.
