Introduction
I wanted a RF and RS dessert that had a great presentation and beautiful enough to serve guests when entertaining. So i came up with this using already prepared foods. Ingredients

2 Jello sugar free vanilla pudding cups
1 pkg 100 calories Pepperidge Farms Chessmen butter cookie crisps, crushed into crumbs
1 banana, sliced
1 Tbsp Smucker's Caramel sauce, fat free
1 Tbsp finely chopped walnuts
2 servings of the Reddi Whip aerosole whipped cream
Directions
1. Slice banana and set aside.
2. Open pudding cups and layer pudding, cookies, bananas
(save 6 slices for garnish) and little drizzles of the caramel sauce and then repeat layers in a parfait glass ending with the pudding add reserved 3 banana slices.
3. Add whipped cream and then garnish with remaining
cookies and walnuts and a little drizzle of the caramel sauce.
This makes 2 generous servings.
There are unlimited desserts that can be made using this concept but with different flavors of pudding and fruits and 100 calorie cookies such as:
butterscotch pudding, nutter butter cookies with caramel
white chocolate pudding, oreo cookie crisps and sugar free cherry pie filling, etc.
