Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour
    6 packets Instant Oatmeal any flavor
    .25 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Baking Soda
    .50 cup Butter, unsalted
    1 large Egg, fresh
    1 cup Brown Sugar, unpacked
    .50 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp Milk

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet, then spray with non stick cooking spray. Combine flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda. Melt butter. Whisk together butter, egg, sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Gradually add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet, and press to form cookie. Makes approximately 24 cookies.
