Ingredients

    2 cup Pinto Beans rinsed
    6 cups water
    4 polish sausages sliced
    1 hamhock
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    salt

Directions

Rinse bean and pour into large pot. Add water and hamhock and seasoning. Cover and simmer five hours. Add polish sausage and cook another two hours.
