Introduction

Delicious apples stuffed with sweet goodness, makes a wonderful dessert or breakfast. Delicious apples stuffed with sweet goodness, makes a wonderful dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients

    4 Large Honeycrisp Apples
    1 Cup Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola
    1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
    1/2 Cup Pear Juice
    1/4 Cup Raisins
    1/4 Cup Dried Cherries
    1/4 Cup Date Pieces
    1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries

Directions

Use a paring knife to cut the top portion of the core out of each apple. Use a spoon to clean out the apple, leaving the base of it intact. Set aside.

Mix other ingredients together and then stuff each apple, packing mixture tightly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until apples are soft.

Makes 4 individual apple servings.

    Certainly! I only chose honeycrisp apples because they're really big. ANY apple would probably work just fine!
