Ingredients

    1 can brooks chili hot beans 30.5oz
    1 can tomato paste 6oz
    1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies 10oz
    16oz ground beef 93% lean
    1 Tbs olive oil
    1 large onion chopped
    3 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
    6oz of water


Directions

sautee onion in olive oil until soft. add beef, brown and crumble. add remaining ingriedients. do not drain. cook for 15 min. on med. heat
