Ingredients

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 clove Garlic
1/2 T jarred capers, rinsed, drained, and coarsely chopped
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 lb sirloin
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup Roasted Bell Peppers, jarred
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
1 T Olive Oil
1 T fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp Sherry or red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp minced fresh Rosemary
1 tsp kosher Salt
4 slices Provolone Cheese
5 Delallo Artichoke Hearts, jarred, marinated, drained and thinly sliced
1 cup Arugula
4 whole wheat buns
Directions
Combine mayo, garlic, capers, and 1/4 tsp pepper in a small bowl and set aside
Mix sirloin, onion, roasted peppers, bread crumbs, oil, basil, vinegar, oregano, rosemary, salt and remaining pepper in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 (1 inch thick) patties.
Lightly oil grill rack or pan. Grill Burgers, turning once, about 8 min for medium well. Just before removing from grill, top each burger with 1 slice of cheese and heat until slightly melted.
Spread a heaping tablespoon of mayo mixture on bottom of bun, layer with artichoke, burger, and arugula, then top with top of bun. Serve immediately.
