Ingredients

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and chopped
5 slices bacon cooked and chopped
1 med onion chopped
1 celery stalk diced
1 large garlic clove minced
1 carrot grated
1 large portabella mushroom cap chopped
2T olive oil
1/4 c. white wine
3 c. chicken stock
1 jar bertolli's alfredo sauce
2 c. asparagus sliced in 1" pieces at an angle
1/4 t. nutmeg
2c. gnocchi
1 c. fresh spinach chopped
Directions
makes approx 8 1.5 cup servings
Heat olive oil in large sauce pan and sautee onions, celery, garlic, and carrots until onion is translucent. Add mushrooms and sautee for 2 min. Deglaze pan with wine- cook for 2-3 min, add chicken stock, alfredo sauce, asparagus, nutmeg, chicken, bacon. Bring to boil and add gnocchi cook for 3-4 min then add chopped spinache, decrease heat and simmer for 10 min.
Serve hot with salad and breadsticks
