180 g stew beef, cut into even smaller cubes
1/2 can (9.5 oz) red kidney beans
1/2 can (9.5 oz) black beans
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef stock
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 T chili powder
1 T paprika
1 t cumin
pepper
Directions
Slow Cook on high 2-3 hours, reduce to low and cook 4-5 more hours.
