Introduction

Healthy, low cal, vegetarian soup, packed with tons of veggies! Healthy, low cal, vegetarian soup, packed with tons of veggies!

Ingredients

    Garlic .25 Cup
    Onion, Raw 1 Cup
    Celery, raw, 1 cup diced
    1 Can Giant Green Beans
    Sweet Corn 1 Cup
    Red Potaoes 100 grams
    Chicken Broth 6 Cups

Directions

In a large soup pot, saute garlic, onions in olive oil, untill onions are translucent. Add celery, broth, and other ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 20 mins. Makes 4-6, 1 cup servings.
