Ingredients

    1 Large Egg
    1/4 cup (or less) skim milk
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Large Slices Bread, any style
    1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt
    2 Tbsp Pancake Syrup
    2 tsps Smart Balance Buttery Spread

    The measurement for the bread (86 grams) is for two slices, even though it says one. Trust me. I created the serving size to be 43 grams per slice.

Directions

Beat egg with milk, vanilla extract and salt. Drench 2 bread slices in mixture. Cook on griddle. Serve with syrup and Smart Balance.
