Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground round
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1T garlic
    10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
    15 oz can black beans, undrained
    16 oz can navy beans, undrained
    15.5 oz chickpeas (garbanzo beans), undrained
    3t Old El Paso 40% less sodium Taco Seasoning
    2t ground cumin
    1t ground black pepper

Directions

Brown ground meat with onion and garlic. Drain and rinse off excess fat. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 30 minutes. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
