Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. cooked mulit-grain barilla pasta
    1.25 c. cubed baked chicken
    1/2 c frozen corn (thawed)
    1/2 c. frozen peas (thawed)
    1/2 a small can (or about 6 diced) black olives
    1/2 c salsa.

    Add in seasoning to taste - I used
    Oregano, Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic, Pepper, and dried jalapenos

Directions

Cook the pasta, per directions on box
Bake the chicken till no longer pink inside
Thaw the veggies.
Mix everything together.

Divide into Tupperware & send with family for lunch next day. goes great with an orange or mango.
