Introduction
This is a special breakfast treat in my house! It has to soak in it's mixture overnight-- but then voila your breakfast for the morning is ready to go when you get up in the morning! Ingredients

1 c packed light brown sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/4 c butter
10 slices of french bread
2.5 skim milk
1 tbs flour
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine brown sugar, light corn syrup, and butter
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, or until bubbly stirring constantly. Pour mixture evenly in to a 13X9 dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
Arrange bread slices over syrup in dish, single layer. Combine milk, flour, vanilla, salt and eggs in a large bowl stirring with a wisk. Poor egg mixture over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours (overnight).
Preheat oven ot 35o degrees. Combine 2 tbs sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over bread.
Bake 50 minutes- or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
