Ingredients

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    Beans, black, 1 can (15oz)
    Morningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles, 6 serving (12 oz pkg)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp
    Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing, 8 tbsp (Romaine Lettuce (salad), 8 cup, shredded
    Salsa, 1 cup

Directions

Stir seasoning mix into crumbles. Microwave until hot. Shred lettuce and place in large bowl. Add corn, beans, and crumbles. Mix ranch and salsa together for dressing. Serves 4.
