Introduction

The trick is to get the chicken suspended use a few balls of foil to lift the bird. Place onions, potatoes, and bell pepper slices in bottom of slow cooker then place bird on top. Sprinkle garlic, paprika, and black peper on top. Add just a touch of beer (2 oz) to coat the bottom of the cooker. finally lay lemon slices on top of your bird.
