Ingredients
-
For the crust:
2-1/4 cup Baker's Corner All Purpose Baking Mix
2/3cup 2%milk
For the Topping:
14oz jar pizza sauce
8 oz boneless chicken breast (already prepared and chopped into pieces)
Pitted Black olives (approx 1/2 can)- chopped
1 cup mozzarella (part-skim)
seasonings to taste
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 375-400 degrees
Make the crust by mixing the Baking Mix with the milk. Form into a ball and flatten into a large pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with Pizza Sauce, chicken pieces, olive pieces and then the shredded cheese. Sprinkle with seasonings (oregano, etc...) to taste.
Bake approx 25-30 mins at around 400-degrees (depending on your oven)
Cut into 16 pieces (Srvg for calorie purposes = 1 piece 1/16 of pizza)... but this is low enough in calories that 2-3 pieces is still less than 200 calories...
