Ingredients

    1 LB beef stew meat cubed
    1 14.5 oz can GV Italian Diced Tomatoes
    3 8oz cans GV Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
    3 14.5oz cans GV Beef Broth
    12 cups Frozen PictSweet Mixed Vegetables
    1 cup diced onion
    4 tsp Italian Seasoning or to taste
    garlic salt
    ground black pepper

Directions

-Cut beef stew meat into cubes if necessary
-Place meat in bottom of soup pan, season to taste with garlic salt & black pepper, & brown.
-Add remaining ingredients
-Mix well
-Bring to boil, then reduced heat to simmer
-Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes or until vegetables & meat are cooked through
-Allow to cool, serve, & enjoy
