I like this because it takes very little time and indgredients. If the receipe is simple, it makes my dieting easier! I also need to watch my cholestoral. This is a nice snack or lunch. Ingredients

    Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing 2 tbsp
    Onion, raw, chopped 1/4 cup
    Hormel Canned Chicken Breast 4 0z
    Black Pepper 2 dashes
    Joseph's Oat Bran & Stone Ground
    Whole Wheat Pita 1 (6.5 in)

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients, except the pita, well. Separate the pita bread to make two separate wraps. Fill each with 1/2 the mixture and wrap em up!
