This is amazing. Everyone always goes crazy over it. This is amazing. Everyone always goes crazy over it.

    8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
    1 can of low-fat Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp self-rising flour
    1 large egg
    1 shortbread shell


Let cream cheese soften and then combine with condensed milk.
Add egg.
Add vanilla.
Stir 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips, mixed with the flour (this helps keep them from all sinking to the bottom) into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Remove from oven.
Melt the other 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with a splash of milk and spread over the top of the cheesecake.
Let chill. Enjoy!
