Ingredients

    2 cans great value chicken (it is also good using ground turkey instead)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    40 tbs. salsa (approx. 24 oz)
    3 cups white rice prepared

Directions

Brown your meat in a pan. Then add the seasoning to the meat (do not add the water that seasoning calls for ). Next add your salsa. Instant rice should be prepared in microwave and then added to the mix. Bake in the oven on 350 for 45 - 60 minutes. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
