Introduction

Spicy gravy! Really good when served with milk. If you don't like spicy, remove the red pepper. If you start with morning star sausage instead of regular crumbles, add less sage. Spicy gravy! Ingredients

    2T Margarine
    2 T Flour
    1.5 C Milk
    ½ tsp Sage
    ¼ tsp Marjoram
    ¼ tsp Cayenne Red Pepper
    ¼ tsp Pepper
    ¼ tsp Salt
    1 cup crumbles
    Biscuits

Directions

Start biscuits according to your directions (homemade or store bought)
Make a rou by melting the margarine and mixing with flour. Add milk milk. Heat and break down flour clumps. Add spices. Add 'meat' crumbles. Make sure crumbles are cooked (about 5 minutes). Let cool for a few minutes (it will thicken here). Serve on top of biscuits.
I like a lot of gravy on my biscuits so it's enough for 3 very gravied biscuits.
I eat 1.5 biscuits.
