Introduction

Ingredients

    Olive Oil --- 1 tbsp
    Garlic --- 3 cloves
    Ginger --- 1 tsp
    Sweet yellow corn --- 1/2 cup
    Carrot juliennes --- 1/2 cup
    French-cut green beans --- 1/2 cup
    Chopped celery --- 1/2 cup
    Cooked brown rice --- 1 cup

    Soy sauce (low sodium) --- to taste
    Hot & Sour Sauce --- to taste
    Hot sauce --- to taste
    Salt --- to taste

Directions

Heat the olive oil
Add the finely chopped garlic and ginger and fry till they start to crisp and brown
Add carrots and green beans; turn up the flame and stir-fry for half a minute
Add the yellow corn, stir-fry for half a minute
Add the celery; stir-fry. The celery will start to let out water if you let it cook for too long so...
Add the brown rice, and stir-fry!

Add the sauces per your taste and mix well. Remember, the less you use, the healthier the dish!

OR you could just sprinkle some lemon-pepper salt at the end :) The ginger/garlic/lemon/pepper/salt is a fantastic seasoning combo!
