Introduction

This is an easy to make vegetable soup. You can substitute w your favorite brands - I listed mine which coorespond to the nutritional values for a 1 C serving. You can substitute your favorite frozen veggies - just use somewhere in the neighborhood of 24-32oz of frozen veggies. You can also subsititute different flavors of broth. I also add chunks of cooked boneless chicken to this recipe to pump it up for dinner time. Enjoy This is an easy to make vegetable soup. Ingredients

    1 bag Pictsweet Vegetables for Soup with Tomatoes, frozen, 16 oz.
    1 bag Pictsweet Seasoning Blend (Pepper n Onion Blend), frozen, 12 oz.
    3 cans Swanson Chicken Broth, 100%FF, 33% Less Sodium, 14.5 oz
    1 can Great Value All Natural Tomato Paste, 12 oz.
    Seasonings to taste (1 tsp each Oregano, Basil, Parsley, and No-Salt Seasoning blend, 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, etc)

Directions

Combine 3 cans of broth and 1 can of paste in a saucepan.
Add the 2 bags of frozen vegetables.
Add seasonings
Bring to boil for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Makes 8 1C servings
