Ingredients

    3 large bananas (very ripe and mashed)
    .25 C Margarine
    .75 C Brown Sugar
    1 Egg
    1.5 C Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg then banana. Fold in flour mixed with soda. Bake @ 350 35-40 for loaf.
