Introduction

Chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas... oh my! Really good breakfast shake full of goodies. Chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas... oh my! Really good breakfast shake full of goodies.

Ingredients

    2 medium sized bananas
    2 scoops of Chocolate Body Fortress Whey Protein
    2 cups nonfat milk
    2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Directions

Peel and chunk bananas. Toss all ingredients into a blender, add some ice if you wish, and crush until smooth throughout. Might need to stir and blend again because of the peanut butter sticking to the side. Makes 3 drinking glasses full.
