    1 link morningstar italian sausage
    1 oz soysation shredded soy cheese
    1/4 cup mid's pizza sauce
    2 Tbsp red onion
    1 Aladdin's small white pita

Directions

microwave sauce and "sausage" for 2.5 minutes at high. Add "cheese"
microwave onion for 30 seconds. add to mixture
mash together with fork

microwave pita for 20 seconds
cut pita into two and open pockets
fill pockets

1 large serving or serve 1/2 with a salad
