Ingredients
-
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil + a few extra drops.
2 cup chopped Onion
2 cup Vegetable broth
6 cup Water
30 Wonton wrappers
4 Carrots, cooked and mashed
1 Vegetarian Chik'n breast
Directions
Makes about 6 servings
Cook carrots, and mash. Set aside. Cook Chik'n (I do it in the microwave), chop into small bits, and set aside.
Fry Onions with a little sesame or olive oil in a large pot (To be used for making soup after cooking onions)
When onions are transparent, add in the Vegetable broth, Water, and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil. Bring to a boil, then simmer while you make and cook the wontons.
Seperate the wonton wrappers. Put a little bit of the Chik'n and a little bit of the cooked carrot in the middle on a wonton wrapper, then bring together sides and pinch the middle. Repeat for all the wontons you want to make.
Bring another large put of water to a boil. Add a few drops of sesame oil into the water. Drop the wontons in the boiling water one by one. Take them out when they start to float and put in the Soup. Do this for the rest of the wontons. When all the wontons are done cooking and are in the Soup, it's ready!
You can substitute the ingredients inside the wontons with anything you like.
