Very tasty. I marinaded the steak in a fajita flavor before hand. I also used whole wheat tortilla's for a fiber burst and low fat sour cream. A nice treat! - 9/25/07

Fajitas are a no fail dinner all the time! This is a great switch up. And, for all those complainers with their reviews, swapping for low cal is no problem with something like this. So, Great Recipe! - 4/29/08

This recipe is perfect for my family. It only took me about 25 minutes from start to finsh. I even kept the leftovers for lunch next week at work. I really like the idea of heating up the tortilla with the cheese and then adding the ingredients. - 3/31/12
