Ingredients

    Portobello mushroom, 2 large
    Shitake Mushrooms, 10
    Mushrooms, 1 pound
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) ()
    1 TBSP Vegetable Broth Powder
    1 TBSP Corn Starch
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) ()
    Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp ()
    Parsley, 2 tbsp ()
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp ()

Directions

1. Clean and cut all the mushrooms into bite-size pieces, using most of the stems.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add the mushrooms, garlic and onion. Satue for 5 mins until the mushrooms are browned.
3. Add the remaining ingredients except the rice or pasta and parsley sprigs and simmer for 1 min. until thickened
4. Serve over rice or pasta and garnish with parsley sprigs.
