Introduction
Very low fat, trimmed down the amount of sugar but still extremely sweet because of the raisins and butterscotch chips. This only makes a small batch because I have found that when I make a larger sized batch, I eat them all. Coking them in a muffin pan keeps them from spreading out too thin so they stay very moist.
