Introduction

Ingredients

    salmon, panko bread crumbs, potato buds, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic & pepper, hot sauce, old bay seasoning, parsley. Pam and olive oil for sauteing.

Directions

Flake salmon well. Add all ingredients EXCEPT egg beaters and oil. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add egg beaters and mix together. I made these in 2 batches, each with a spray of PAM and 1.5 tsp of olive oil. Saute until golden on each side. I finished these in a pre heated 425 degree oven for 7-8 minutes. Serve with a sweet chili wasabi mayo (search my recipes) on the side. Yummy for lunch or dinner!
