Using spinach and yogurt makes this tasty dip much healthier, and the baby spinach gives the dip a beautiful green color. If you want a firmer dip, process the spinach first and press out any extra liquid. Ingredients

    2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
    9 ounces baby spinach
    1 packet ranch dip (i.e. Hidden Valley)
    1-3 teaspoons lemon zest (optional)

Directions

Process spinach and yogurt in food processor, until spinach is well pureed. Stir in ranch dip mix, as well as zest, if using. Allow dip to firm up 1-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Enjoy with carrots, celery, pretzels, etc.
