Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    3/4 c Flour, white
    1/2 c Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 stick room temp Butter, unsalted
    2/3 c Granulated Sugar
    1 large whole Egg
    2 Egg whites
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsbp prepared instant coffee
    1/2 cup greek yogurt (calc uses Dannon Vanilla 5.3 oz container)
    1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat 350* oven. Mix flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder in medium bowl. In seperate bowl, mix sugar and butter with mixer on medium speed. Add vanilla, egg, egg whites, 2 tbsp prepared instant coffee. Add dry ingredients. Add yogurt and combine gently. Stir in chocolate chips. May optionally add nuts (not in calculator).
Spread in foil lined 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray (these brownies are dense and easier to remove with foil) Cook for ~21 minutes until toothpick is clean.
