SO good! I used a Granny Smith apple & swapped mushrooms instead of the rice (turned out I was out of rice), & also added some diced celery. I cooked them in a skillet over low-med heat for 5 mins per side. I'll definitely make again! (Might use low sugar chunky applesauce next time just for ease) - 4/20/13

Doubled this recipe in case my two roomies might like some (in addition to my boyfriend and I). Well, these burgers came off the grill an hour ago...and there're none left! Taste is FANTASTIC. Crumble on the grill a bit, though: added an egg to the 2nd batch, and no more crumble. Will re-make! - 9/28/10

Very good burgers! We sprayed the grill with a little bit of olive oil so they wouldn't stick. They were perfect! - 3/31/08

I didn't know turkey burgers could taste this good. My husband asked me to make them again this week. Looks like this will be in the regular rotation! - 1/30/12

My daughter and I made this yesterday and she wanted me to comment on them - as they are the best! We made a double batch so we could make burgers and meatballs. We used an electric skillet and they turned out perfect! - 4/18/11
