Ingredients

1/2 Mayonnaise
2 T Chili sauce
1 T grated onion
1 T fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 t dried)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 T Heavy cream to reduce thickness
1/4 t Worcestershire sauce or Bragg liquid aminos
Several drops tabasco sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Stir until blended. Chill, covered, until serving time.
The South Beach diet recipe points out that, although this recipe contains a large amount of mayonnaise, it is not a problem if used as a dip. "Don't eat it like soup!"
This has become an all-time joke between me and my husband. We always say we are going to drink it like soup! It *is* a delicious dressing and can be used for many salads or cold seafood.
