Ingredients

    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Black Pepper, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast
    * Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2")
    * Tomato sauce, 1 can
    * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    * Basil, 2 tbsp
    * Garlic, 1 tsp
    * Turkey Ham, thick slices, 3 slices
    * Monterey Cheese, 2 oz

Directions

Chicken breast:
Boil chicken breast in a hot pot full with water for 20 minutes. When they are done, in a frying pan add some of the olive oil and the garlic, then add the chicken breast and spread black pepper with the basil. Cover and then turn them over to cook the other side. Then add the ham and the cheese over the breast and wait for it to meltdown.

Vegetable Sauce
Cut carrots and zucchini in little chonks.
In a hot pot add the rest of the olive oil and the garlic, then fry the carrots and zucchini. Add black pepper, salt and oregano. When fried, add the tomato sauce.

Serve the breast with ham and cheese melted and then cover it with the sauce.

You can accompany this dish with some white rice (not added in ingredients).
