Introduction

Ingredients

    Peas frozen 200 grams
    Spinach frozen 200 grams
    Amul Malai Paneer (cottage cheese) 200 grams packet
    Onion 1 large - sliced
    Olive oil 1 tablespoon
    Salt 0.5 teaspoon
    Curry powder 1 tsp
    Chilli powder 0.5 tsp
    Water 1.5 cups

Directions

Peel, wash and chop onions
Saute the onions in the olive oil till onions are translucent
Add the curry powder and chilli powder
Add the thawed frozen peas, saute for a few minutes
Add the thawed frozen spinach saute for two minutes
Add the water
Add the cubed cottage cheese
Finally add the salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes.

Divide into 8 portions. If you want instead of chilli powder saute 2 fresh green chillies with onions.
